Easy 7-Day Returns
We want you to love what you order. Most curated home products purchased through our online shop can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or made-to-order modular furniture and fittings
- Products marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team at hello@keycheen.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange a doorstep pickup where applicable.
Refund Timelines
- Online payments (Razorpay): refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer within 7–10 business days
Site Visit & Consultation Cancellations
Free site visits can be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
